Shipping Questions?
We ship Expedited Canada Post when possible. If you have an account set up with a courier service, we would be happy to ship collect to your account number.
Shipping Charges--Canada Post charge by size and weight. This makes it very hard to estimate shipping charges without taking your package to the post office. At Candle Country we don't believe in profiting from shipping charges. We don't charge a handling fee and thus far have charged for no packing materials. What the post office charges will be exactly what we charge you.
How Do I Pay?
We accept payment thru major credit cards through Paypal. Local orders can pay by cash, cheque or money order upon pick-up. US Friends please make sure when sending a money order that it is the pink international one not the green US one.
Payment is in Canadian currency.
We will not begin making your order until it has been paid for. We will send you a separate invoice for shipping.
This does not apply to local wholesale accounts.
My Shopping cart is not able to accept paypal at the current time. I will get back to you quickly with the total amount including shipping and provide you with a paypal invoice. Remember my pricing is in Canadian dollars. You may click on this link for immediate currency conversion.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. If I do not have a scent or product in stock I will contact you immediately via email.
All orders are custom made. We strive to complete your oder as quickly as possible.
Shipping In Summer
Shipping gel products in the hot months or to warm climates can sometimes be very tricky. The gel can and will melt. Some items we recommend only local pick up. If we feel its not safe to ship...don't worry we will tell you.
Sometimes the package gets left in a hot post office back room or left on your doorstep. Although we package and ship as carefully as possible we can't be responsbile for damage caused by heat conditions.
Glassware
All glassware including bowls, cups, dishes, glasses, etc are subject to availability. If the particular glassware shown is unavailable we will subsitute a similar style of equal or greater value. If we offer a choice we will, of course, email you with the pictures to allow you to choose.
NSF Cheques
All NSF cheques are subject to a $20.00 fee to cover banking charges. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
I will not take a second cheque it must be paid by a certified cheque or money order.
Wholesale
Wholesale prices are available for stores only. In order to access the passworded wholesale page you must supply me with the name and address of your store as well as your business number.
Representatives are not required to have a store front but must meet the minimum order requirements.
Pictures
All candle pictures on our site are copywrite and belong to Candle Country Inc. These are not to be removed and used as your own without my express written permission.
